The Gift of Education: Literacy

EAB's literacy program in Batey Libertad provides weekly instruction on-site in the community to adults and children alike, who thereby gain the invaluable skills of reading and writing. Classes emphasize literacy in Haitian Kreyol, although Spanish and sometimes English are also taught.
One Month of Literacy Classes
This Gift For Real Change represents the donation of one month's worth of expenses for our literacy program in Batey Libertad, including teacher pay and supplies.
